2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced 1 1/2 cups cold milk (any variety like regular, almond, soy, etc.) 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup ice cubes Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
Place the sliced bananas, milk, yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour into 2 tall glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

For a thinner shake, add more milk
