Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 lemon, sliced into wedges for serving

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place in a baking dish. Brush the chicken all over with olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is completely cooked through and the juices run clear.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with lemon wedges.
