All-Star for the Las Vegas Aces, has 3,527 points, which is the Division I women's record.

Mike Maravich has 3,667, which is the Division I men's mark. Clark could break both of those marks, depending on how far Iowa makes it in the playoffs.

On December 6, Clark became the 15th player in NCAA history to score 3,000 points.

It was a deep three with 6:10 left in the third quarter against Iowa State.

Clark is the first college player in college basketball history to score 3,000 points, grab 750 boards, and hand out 750 assists.

Yes, Caitlin Clark is a senior, but she can still play sports for another year if she wants to.

Since the pandemic messed up college sports, Clark is in the last "COVID class" in the NCAA.

This means that players who played in Clark's freshman year, 2020–2021, were given an extra year of eligibility.

For example, Iowa's roster lists Clark as a senior, but LSU's roster lists Angel Reese, who is in the same entering class as Clark, as a junior.

Clark is expected to be the first pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft if she decides to play professionally after this season.
