Doctor Provides Brutal Injury Update On Packers Rb Aaron Jones

BY Robert j. matthews

The Green Bay Packers won a big game against the Kansas City Chiefs on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 13.

They won three times in a row and four times in their last five games. This brings their record back to .500 for the first time since Week 4.

Green Bay performed really well in every aspect. Jordan Love's offensive performance has been impressive lately.

Jones is the most experienced player in a young and inexperienced offensive group.

He got injured and could only play in seven games in 2023. He was hindered in most of those contests, except for one or two.

Lately, he hurt his MCL in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers. How long until Jones can play with his teammates again? It's unlikely to happen this week.

On "The Coach JB Show with Big Smitty," Dr. Jesse Morse, a professional athlete consultant, said that Jones probably won't be able to play against the New York Giants this week.

Morse thinks it's too risky for the Packers to let Jones play in "Monday Night Football" against the Giants.

He might make the injury worse and be out for the rest of the season.

Since the Packers are playing well, there's no need to hurry to get Jones back on the field.
