Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback for Kansas City, is on the Week 14 injury report because of a problem with his chest muscle.
The Chiefs have a record of 8-4 and are currently the third seed in the AFC.
The Bills, who have a record of 6-6, are ranked tenth.
The Chiefs haven't played a postseason game away from home since Mahomes became the starter, and the Bills still have a chance to make it to the playoffs.
