Ingredients:

4 bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving

Instructions:

Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and brush both sides with olive oil. Place in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, stir together the garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper. Rub the herb mixture evenly on both sides of the pork chops.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra crispy chops, place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the end.
