Ingredients:

2 cups brewed espresso or strongly brewed coffee 1 cup steamed milk of your choice 1⁄4 cup pumpkin puree 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice 2 tablespoons sugar Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar. Heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes, whisking frequently. Do not boil.

Transfer the pumpkin mixture to a blender. Add the brewed coffee and blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour the coffee into two mugs, top each with 1⁄2 cup of the steamed milk.

Top with whipped cream and an extra dash of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
