Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sour cream 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Salt and black pepper Assorted crackers or bread for serving

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise and sour cream until thoroughly combined.

Stir in the garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and salt & pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Serve immediately with crackers or bread for dipping. Enjoy!
