Top Transfer Quarterback Visits Michigan State

BY John fenster

This summer, Michigan State and its new head coach Jonathan Smith have the chance to get a quarterback who will make a big difference.

Aidan Chiles, a former quarterback for Oregon State, said on Wednesday that he would be going to East Lansing on December 8.

This would be his first chance to see where his old head coach now lives. Last year, Smith brought Chiles to Oregon State as a recruit.

Before Smith left for Michigan State, Chiles was the quarterback of the future in Corvallis.

Now, Smith will try to persuade Chiles to become Michigan State's current and future quarterback.

At one point, Chiles was a four-star prospect and one of the top 150 players in the 2023 recruiting class.

He started out with the Beavers and threw for 309 yards and four touchdowns while completing 24 of 35 passes without an interception.

In addition, the freshman ran 17 times for 79 yards and three scores.
