Watch Sofia Coppola's 'Priscilla' at home this month

BY John fenster

Sofia Coppola's highly anticipated movie about Priscilla Presley, called "Priscilla," is more like a diorama than a traditional biopic.

The movie explores how Priscilla Beaulieu behaves as she tries to fit into the restrictive role that her rock-star boyfriend, Elvis Presley, puts her in.

Their romance takes them from West Germany to Memphis to Vegas. This movie is based on a true story about Priscilla and Elvis' marriage.

It shows scenes from Priscilla's memoir, "Elvis and Me," which was written in 1985.

The film follows Priscilla, played by Cailee Spaeny, as she meets Elvis, played by Jacob Elordi, in 1959.

They get married in 1967 but Priscilla eventually leaves him in 1972.

Currently, the only way to watch Coppola's latest film is by going to a theater.

If you want to watch Priscilla at home, you'll have to wait a while. But the good news is we know it will be available on Max.
